The same scene, three different objects — because what you make is not what anyone else makes.

Held in hand

Held in an ordinary hand, so its size is obvious without a single measurement.

Send one photo of what you made and we restage that — we never invent an object. Extra angles only help when a scene shows a side your photo does not.

A hand holds the object naturally, fingers relaxed rather than pinching it for the camera, with the background thrown well out of focus so nothing competes. The skin is lit softly and the object stays the sharpest thing in the frame. It is a photograph about size that never mentions a number.

Every seller of small things gets the same message before a sale, and it is some version of "how big is it actually". Dimensions in a description do not answer it, because almost nobody converts centimetres into a mental picture. This does. Use it as the second or third image for jewellery, soap, ceramics, baked goods, figurines and anything under about twenty centimetres. Above that a hand stops helping — use the desk ruler or a room instead.

Send the object on its own; the hand is ours. If it has a right way up or a face that should show, say so, otherwise we will present the side your reference photograph favours.
