The same scene, three different objects — because what you make is not what anyone else makes.

Urban concrete

Against raw concrete and city shade, hard-edged and unsentimental.

Grey poured concrete, its pitting and stains left in, with light coming from one side hard enough to throw a defined shadow. Nothing is softened. The palette is nearly monochrome, so whatever colour the object carries is the only colour in the frame and it lands.

This is streetwear's own scene, and it extends to skate goods, printed tees, caps, tote bags, sneakers, techwear and hardware. It signals a particular kind of buyer as reliably as a flat-lay signals a different one. Do not use it for anything soft, domestic or delicate — concrete underneath a hand-embroidered baby blanket sends a message nobody intended.

Send the item on a plain surface, laid out the way you want it to sit. Anything worn photographs best flat rather than on a hanger; a hanger leaves a shape in the shoulders that stays in the final image.
